"UPDATE: I called again after a month to get clarity and was able to reach Katie this time. She apologized for the mishap and refunded my card. I appreciated this but felt the situation could've been handled sooner and more professional. Updating from 1 to 3 stars (still love the venue) since the issue lingered for a month and needed to involve my credit card company. _______________________________________________________________ I honestly wanted to give this place 5 stars, but they double charged me and ghosted me after numerous outreach. Very unprofessional! I've emailed Katie several times about the double charge and left several VMs, and until now, I still have not heard back. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Leading up to the event, Katie was fantastic! The venue itself was what we hoped for. Spacious and clean. The bartender was also a vibe. The communication was great. Once we left the venue, and I noticed the double charge, I tried emailing and calling with no luck. I would have loved to book it for another event, but given the situation, I would not recommend."
